Lab Reports

There is a lot of excitement in the air!  We have started our new writing unit, Lab Reports and Science Books.  Here is a look at our room as we conduct experiments we have designed and work to create our lab reports using procedural writing. It is a new approach, and we are enthusiastically learning to write and think like scientists!

Veterans Day

We were honored to welcome our special guests today.  It was our privilege to show gratitude and respect to all of our veterans for their service.  Thank you.

Buddy Bulb Planting!

Friday, we got to see our buddies again!  Mr. Loos and his terrific team of garden volunteers coordinated a day of bulb planting for our garden. We met with our buddies and planted daffodils and tulips for spring!

We wanted to be sure we dug our holes just right!  

Mr. Trask showed us how to plant our bulbs like Hershey's Kisses!!!

Mrs. George helped us carefully space our holes.

Even Mrs. Goedde and Mrs. Musante joined in on the fun!

Veterans Day Buddy Activity

Today we met with our buddies to make posters and placemats for the Veterans Day Assembly.  Everyone worked hard to show how grateful we are for our veterans and their service.
