Paper Helicopters

We've been studying and testing paper helicopters to find what design elements allow the helicopters to stay in the air the longest. Here are some of our original designs based on our research!

We joined our buddies to help get the garden ready for the next crop!  Thank you to all of our faithful garden volunteers!

More STEM Activities!

We worked to create the tallest tower we could with 100 toothpicks and 50 marshmallows!

Science!

We are finishing our year with a variety of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) activities.  These activities are designed to engage students in problem-solving, discovery, and exploratory learning.  Plus, they are fun and engaging!  Today we worked to design and create the longest paper chain possible from a  12 x 18 piece of construction paper.
